I’m running to build an Idaho that embraces freedom, health, education, and livable futures.

Living on the Palouse has helped me learn that we need to work together to create the communities we want and need. Idahoans are willing to lend a hand, lead a group, split some wood, deliver a casserole, and pull each other out of the ditches. We care for each other—that is what makes this area a great place to live.

I took the next step in serving our community in 2021—successfully running for the Moscow City Council and have become a leader working with people from different backgrounds and political philosophies to do what is best for our community.

I was born into a working middle-class family in Ohio and moved to the Palouse over two decades ago. After receiving a nursing degree at Lewis and Clark State College, I’ve spent the last 18 years serving our community as a nurse specializing in elder and dementia care.

For my family, Idaho has become more than a place to live. It has become our home. My kids grew up, made life-long friends, went to school, enjoyed sports and the arts, and thrived with family and community support.

From my time on the City Council to raising four great kids and working as a nurse, I have come to understand the struggles Idahoans face.

I believe our communities deserve someone willing to work on our most pressing issues, and I want to use my experiences to provide common-sense and practical representation.

With a proven track record of sensible leadership and my love for the place we call home, I’m ready to represent our region as a thoughtful, hard-working, open-minded state senator.
